“Here’s my honest review, covering staff, room service, and food:

Pros:
Staff:
The staff was friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with.

Location:
The hotel is conveniently situated near D’Mall Palengke, just a 4-6 minute walk to Station 2 beach. It’s close to market stalls, restaurants, and souvenir shops, making it a convenient choice for visitors.

Room:
The rooms are adequately sized. The pricing is reasonable, though it’s not the cheapest option available in the area, nor the most expensive.

Cons:
Food:
The optional complimentary breakfast consists of Filipino dishes like Longsilog and Tosilog, but no drinks, including coffee, are provided. However, you can request free water for cup noodles. Guests have access to the kitchen for cooking, but it comes at a cost of 150 PHP for the gas stove and cookware, and you need to bring your own ingredients.

Room Service:
We booked three rooms for a 4-day, 3-night stay for a family of five. Unfortunately, during our stay, the rooms were not cleaned, trash was not collected, and neither the bedding nor towels were changed. The toilet flush was also non-functional properly, requiring a bucket to flush. Additionally, the window curtains were ill-fitting and not soundproof, compromising privacy. The building has three floors above the ground floor (which houses the office), so the stairs could be challenging for the elderly or people with disabilities.

Location:
The property is located next to the market’s garbage collection area, which can result in unpleasant odors in the evening. Rats can also be seen around the vicinity . Due to the lack of soundproofing, noise from outside can easily be heard in the rooms, and vice versa.

Overall: It’s recommended if your more in a near and budget friendly accommodation to walking distance to Boracay Station 2”

Good Location; very accessible
Nice and accommodating staff

Cons:
Cleanliness and comfort. Had an encounter of cockroach inside the room on Day1. Had more outside the room.
Bathroom smells.
With termites on some areas of the room – bedside table, tv rack etc
Near DMall garbage dump area (which does not really smell but does during the pick up hours). The same area is a smoking area which you have to pass by to get to the hotel.
Breakfast served in the room with no complimentary drinks, not even water. Given the cleanliness concern, might impact the appetite.
Not sound proof. You can hear other guests coming into the room and you can hear the noise during the garbage pick up hours – such as them flattening the pet bottles etc”

“This hotel is located near the main road and D’mall and is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is clean and spacious. My only suggestion is to improve toilet facilities; the flush in my toilet during my stay is not working. Overall, a good and affordable place to stay. “

“Value for money, yes na yes may kasama ng breakfast yong nakuha ko at masarap yong food, pero no coffee. Kasama ko mother ko na senior na, kaya okay yong location ng hotel kasi nasa station 2 na kami. Nasa DMall palengke lang ang hotel. “
