“Positive things about the hotel:
1/Great location near Patong Beach, Bangla Road, local and international restaurants, and tourism offices.
2/Friendly and lovely staff. Quick to solve problems for example: our safety box was brokering and brought a new one. Also, one of the beds were broke before check in and they changed our room immediately. Asked them to bring an iron and an iron table brought it fastly.
3/There is one of the staff who speaks Arabic fluently.
4/The supervisor is watching and standing up for all problems to find solutions.
5/flexible check out to 13:00 pm.
6/ daily cleaning and sheets were clean .
7/ hotel insurance 2000 baht I refunded my insurance after checking from the room and there are no problems in the room.
Negative things about hotel:
1/ my room near street and it was noisy. The balcony no have sound insulator.
2/ the room had had a little bad smell and they said that from furniture smelling.
3/ facilities are not completed just swimming pool and gym unavailable.”

“Booked this hotel at 250 usd for 3 nights was the best option during my visit in January end’24. But I recommend to book at least 15 days before your arrival date as the prices go very high in this locality as Patong is the prime location in Phuket for all its glory.
Hotel has all the facilities from in-room service, cleaning , laundry, two in house resturants(one roof top) spa &massge , gym , pool( little small for my taste but clean) etc. All hotel staffs were very polite and always welcoming to all our needs .
You can keep your luggage at their locker room (free of charge) without worry if you reach before Checkin time or catch flight late In the evening after check out .
Hotel was very clean and they cleaned our room every day , replacing with clean towels , amenities etc. you may not get the best view of the beach from every room but beach is just across the road .
I would definitely give 4.5 out of 5 stars for my stay . “

“Exceptionally nice staff! The hotel is got a nice location close to the beach and Bangla Street. Nice and clean rooms, but we didn’t have any view. Have to pay more for that. But we prioritized the quiet side with no traffic noise because the hotel is next to a busy road. Allowed us early check-in and late check out also which was nice. The Aircon worked fine, but the bed could be more comfortable. A bit hard for my taste.
There is a Indian restaurant next-door with excellent food. There is also a nice rooftop bar and a swimming pool.”

“Stayed 4 nights .

Pros:
Location is great . Staff is friendly , yet professional and accommodating .
Rooms are clean , ac works well and water pressure is good .there is a safe-box .Bed and pillow are comfortable . Comp 2 half liter bottle of still water ; instant coffee and tea .
A nice pool available on the roof top with partial view to the promenade and the beach . Comp beach towels are provided daily ..

Cons:

Rooms are quite small . There is not even a chair and a desk for work .

There is a small balcony with 2 chairs
overlooking 3 big AC units !

Roof top is cute however the food I found it average compare what you can get anywhere else.

The gym is truly small . Good just for cardio if nobody made is there .

Overall a great experience . Good value for money .

“Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Hot shower, generally clean room, mattress was alright, pillows were fine. They have a roof top pool but didn’t get to use it as time was limited. They have an umbrella in thr room for guests to use which is a plus as monsoon is here. Location is less than 10mins walk to Blanga Street (night life) and same time to the Patong beach. Staffs were nice as they greet each time they see us. Food choices around are mainly restaurants. Night markets are maybe 20mins-30mins walk away. “
