Booked through Agoda and upon arrival, my booking canot be found
Spent more than 2 hours to located my booking when Agoda staff had to find the correct boooking through third party .
The check in system in the hotel is terrible as my name was obviously registered if they can find it
Have stayed in other Disneyland hotel and this is the worse.

“We booked 3nights 1room and was told we need to move to another room after a night. We refused as we don’t want to keep moving our stuff. We were told they are fully booked but will need to “upgrade” us. I said, they can give the upgrade to the new customer but was told we really need to move. We were very disappointed and when we went to the new room, there is no way that kind of room is an upgrade! “
