“Locked out left phones in room with code for the front door on and a man cone down wouldn’t open the door so we passed our room key under the door so that he could see we was staying there and that’s our room and he said the door won’t open ( it would) and left us outside. Then rang police 🤣 who came and let us in thankfully. Then cleaner bursts in and demands we leave as it’s 10am and we should’ve checked out by 10am 😂 brilliant customer service. “

“no entertainment/tv in your room, uncomfortable bed and squeaky, bloody cold room. notebook told me this when i got there left in room. However if your just looking for a roof for the night then go for it. No oven to use only microwave or toaster in the shared kitchen area. And if you fancy a bowl of cereal bring £2 in change lol”

“Good connection with public transport. Big room and the hoster was helping us by phone all the time. We had to changed the room that we have booked previously, because we didn’t like it. I rang the hoster and sorted out in less that 5 minuts. Good price and location. “
