“이 Studio 6 위치는 훌륭합니다! 고속도로에 가깝기 때문에 방에 따라 그것을 들을 수 있지만, 그것은 정말 불평 할 것이 없습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하며 환영받는 느낌을 줍니다. 8년간의 내 집을 잃은 이래로 내가 머물렀던 최고의 장소입니다!”

“This is an extended stay with microwave and hotplate in the standard queensized single bed room. They sprayed when I was there but besides that saw no creatures of any kind. It was a solid stay, meaning no frills, just the necessary stuff. A little bit of maintenance would turn this into a 2 star hotel easily, namely – the fawcett in the bathroom had the dispersal nozzel missing so that it sprayed evenly, instead you would get splashed as a narrow stream of water shot out of it, one of the power points was too old and no longer made contact with the pins of whatever you plugged in there, the matress felt fine but had some staining underneath. They do use waterproof underlays but obviously you get animals staying everywhere. So with the liner didn’t really bother me, The fume hood was missing the light hood/light disperser, the hotplate was missing one of the knobs, the remote to the LG tv (these are cheap I have one) was a replacement that lacked the ability to use some of the functions on the tv. Thats about it, would probably take me a day and less than a 100 to fix it all and bring it up near new. I guess though when you run a hotel and multiply that by a few hundred rooms it all adds up. If I was a 6 month tenant I would have spent the day and had it perfect. Compared to some of the other extended stays in Phoenix this was relatively good. Probably deserves more than one star, the grounds are kept etc with plenty of parking. A few of the folks could probably lay off the weed (hint) but I mean its legal. One fellow stood outside our room making a phone call about this weed and that deal for what seemed like forever. He is lucky to be still on the planet. The walls are thin enough you simply cant be doing that. Want to have a nice long chat? – for gods sake do down to the carpark. So not it all good. Now having laid it all out I would stay there again as the location is terrific. The only thing that would change my mind if I booked way more months in advance and found a more upmarket chain. Also .. no late checkout – just remember otherwise they will keep your deposit. I made sure to find out if it was possible before that time arrived so don’t leave it to the last minute expecting that may be a possibility.”

It’s extremely clean, washer/dryer room, cute pool, & the Best staff! I’m so glad I found them! A place to come & relax or stop on your trip. Will most definitely come back when in area!
