“We stayed here for one night after a week in Sedona and before our flight the next morning. This hotel is great!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. And when my wife asked to take a picture behind the front desk (and in a shot with the painting of Burt), they quickly stepped out of the way and gave her what she asked for.

We sat at the bar and had several appetizers followed by dinner. The bar staff and kitchen crew made excellent drinks and the food was delicious!

John, the gentleman who served us at the bar in the evening, was there again in the morning working in the kitchen and was a familiar and friendly face.

The room was very clean and the furnishings are cool and interesting. I love the industrial and creative look and the smooth and tidy concrete floors! The ac blows cold and the bedding was comfortable. Paintings and art throughout the hotel were fun to stroll around and look at.

Parking was easy, and if we’d had more time we would have visited the Japanese Friendship Garden next door. (The garden was closed on Mondays). We did a nice walk in the morning and visited Hance Park and a little of the Art District.

So often a hotel leaves something to be desired, but in this case it was 100% excellent! Location, cleanliness, convenience, quality, and value all exceeded our expectations! Thank you for a great stay.”

“We enjoyed our two nights stay at this hotel. There was an issue with the other guest In the adjoining room partying throughout the night and partaking in some substances that were not pleasant smelling. The hotel immediately took care of it when brought to their attention and changed our room to a different floor on the opposite end so there were no smells . I really appreciated how fast they handled everything. The hotel itself is lovely, extremely clean with a nice little restaurant. The breakfast there was hands-down one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend getting breakfast there, we didn’t try anything else, but I’m sure it was just as delicious..

“First,this was the cleanest place I think I have ever stayed in. The room was fun with all the repurposed wood and metal and there was art all over! Staff – everyone in every area – was pleasant and helpful. Location was good; if it wasn’t so hot would’ve been an easy walk to convention center. Bed comfortable and for a change a door that closed and shut out hallway light. I wish there was at least a little dresser – maybe smaller desk and a little dresser? But, we made it work. The only other thing that would’ve been nice is a few better pillows. The robes and slippers were a nice touch and unexpected. All the hotels in Phoenix were crazy money, but at least this was a really nice place plus booking through Agoda helped. We had breakfast a couple of times in the little cafe and it was nice. Good coffee and decent food. “

“Loved the contemporary design of the hotel, the comfortable and big room, friendly staff and especially the clean factor. Very nice having a great bar and restaurant on site as well! Just steps away from the light rail made it very convenient for my trip. “

“Every meme we of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly. The gym is small, but does the trick. The location is perfect to walk around the city and is in a great area away from the meth zombies. I wish we could say we got a great night sleep, but the person in the next room has the TV on very loud from 5pm, until 10am checkout. I don’t understand how, or what was going on. The concrete floors reverberate the sound and we could hear every word through the adjoining door. A real bummer. “
