“The Hotel is new and very well appointed. The pool is magnificent, refreshing was much needed with the hot weather. The room was immaculate and beds extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent and the chef specially prepared chicken Congee to order.

The Spa was excellent and the staff attentive and gave a massage.

The bikes were a bonus and useful for trips down the river and about town.

Front desk reception was again excellent.

My only criticism would be the wait staff, who could do with more training as it was very quiet, yet service was wanting. It’s a fine balance between being overly attentive and being given space. The wait staff could also do with learning some basic English as communication was difficult at times.

Overall a very enjoyable stay and an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Hoi An”

“We are currently enjoying our wonderful stay at the The Saga Hotel. The hotel is located in a prime location, just a few minutes from Hoi An Old town and from all the top attractions and restaurants. The lobby was beautifully appointed and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with high-quality furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure in the shower was great. I also really appreciated the complimentary high-speed WiFi, which allowed me to easily get work done during my stay.

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a nice selection of local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the locally-sourced ingredients and the attentive service from the waitstaff.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Saga Hotel that we even extended our stay for 8 more nights. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. The combination of the excellent location, beautiful facilities, and superb hospitality made for a truly memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next trip!”
