“This is new hotel. We received pleasant treat from the owner, very welcoming and helpful.
Room very clean. No tv. No refrigerator.
However, you may watch live firework from rooftop. Very good view.

“Let me tell you one thing – I’ve travelled to Vietnam plenty of times and if I was to ever search for a place where to “work from home” for a few weeks in a beautiful location, I would definitely choose this location & hotel. I can’t believe how lucky I got with this place! The breakfast in the morning is absolutely amazing, freshly made, unique every day and includes a plate of fruits as a dessert (fell in love with Mangosteen through this). The room was exceptional and the service was great too, very friendly (some staff speaks more English than the other).
Sunset town is still a “newer” place, so everything is incredibly clean, but you may see some empty hotels around. There is a fire work show every night at 9:30 which I recommend watching, the kiss bridge close by is completely empty during midday (quite sunny), but more touristy in the evening in case you’re planning photographs. The local street market officially opens at 4pm, probably is running closer to 4:15-4:30. If you plan a day out, the Hon Thom cable car is in walking distance and will cost you 600k vnd to head to the Aquatopia water park (entry included) for a nice day out. If you book the cable car, you’ll (currently) get free entry to the water puppet show at night, which is otherwise quite cheap by itself (100k I believe). There are plenty of shows in town, but be aware that you may check whether they’re happening off-season, despite being advertised daily. Overall sunset town is an absolutely beautiful place, incredibly stunning for photographs and clean and friendly.
I couldn’t have imagined a better stay and my hotel room with its two balconies, clean and warm atmosphere couldn’t have made it better.
The only 1 star I took off is for location, just because it could be a little bit closer to the beach/main street, as sunset town is a littly bit more hilly, it may take some walking and if you have walking issues, the steps around the hotel might make it a little harder for you. Either way, I would 100% go here again and wish the hotel all the success in the future!”
