“As stated, the A/C works well, good hot water, laundry on the roof, cooking facilities and fridge with freezer, microwave, closet, shoe rack, pots and pans. Ask the staff for what you need, they are very helpful. I have a nice view of a pagoda with monks walking around. They chant on some nights. It’s very nice. The room is comfortable although a bit small. Bed is on the hard side, but tolerable. Thumb print hotel entry. Large parking area for your motorbike in basement. Hotel on quiet alley off main busy road. Alley large enough for car to enter and drop off luggage. Co-op across the street. Good value for the money. “
“Despite that – very slow and unwelcoming stuff checked us in wrong room at first..and I have to ask 2 times to provide us room for what I paied(with 2 big windows and balcony). They told that its all other rooms are full and In the end I got smaller room with balcony. Still room was all ok…but couple of time workers interputed us to repair water heating sistem in toilet (it was drippin) We didnt asked for that!….
As the end of all situation – then we checked out…stuff told that already has returned passports to us (I was pissed off) because it was not possible! 2 times I asked for check them again..because they are wrong! And at 3rd time stuff rechecked all passports what was right by her nose on the table….she laughted sarcasticaly..and gived them back..didnt even sorry to us!
I am not wiling to come back because of unrespect!”
