“We stayed 1 night in a room which has classroom decoration. The giant bathtub was awesome. Other than that, no free bottles of water in the fridge (room attendant forgot to prepare). There was even an used condom in the room when I just entered. That made me disgusted and concerned about hotel cleanliness. The toilet was uncomfortable, it way too small with the very dim light. When I checked out the staff kept asking me like “did u consume the ABC XYZ drinks?” , “did u use (their product) in the room?” I had no idea wth they were talking abt and turned out they didn’t even prepare those things for my room. I love how they decor the room with variety of concept however i dont think its worth the price. “

Overall good.

The bath tub filled completely with hot water, yet it took some time for water to warm up.

Clean facility.

Not so new structure yet functional.

Ac a little noisy.

Sheets could be softer.

There was constructions next door when I stayed.

Windows are not sound proof.

The owner refused to provide me for discount when I asked. I couldn’t sleep all night and noise in the am began at 6.

Other rooms that are internal were completely quiet.

Rather than that, very private and discrete.

Hi chi min is too busy for my taste.

Grateful I could have a bath and space all for myself ! “

“I arrived at the hotel around 1130pm and the staff allowed me to early check in and gave me the card key immediately. Then I was surprised that the room is not yet ready as there were used towels. garbages, beddings not yet made. So I went back to the reception and gave me another room. Then when I entered the room, there are no desk for me to work remotely and no windows also. No water also on my last nite so I requested and gave a 5 gallon water to used to shower.

Was also charged additional half day charge cos I arrived early but official check in is not reflect and so disputed.

Reception should know simple english to cater to non local guest. Quite challenging to use google translate to converse with them. Never again.”
