“I initially booked for one night but when me and my friend left our luggage 2 days prior, I was amazed how great the service was so I decided to book 2 nights and check out from our other accommodation. They really gave a very good impression on us.

Check in was a breeze. They serve welcome drinks. Front Desk staff are always friendly, helpful and warm.Shoutout to Bee and Dung! Thank you for your assistance and to the rest of the Peridot team to restaurant staff and hk staff.

Everything here is perfect. Breakfast was delicious. They changed the items in the menu so you will not get tired seeing the same
spread everyday. I love their Vietnamese coffee! Delish!

The room was very clean and with complete amenities. When we requested for something, they delivered it right away like less than 3 minutes wait- so fast.

The view at the rooftop was great. There’s jacuzzi there.

Wifi worked great. I was working as well when I was staying here.

With the service, room and amenities, this is really a great value for your money.

Overall Rating is 1000/10. ♥️
I will definitely recommend this to anyone and the only thing I regretted was leaving this property. I want to stay longer. You cannot find fault in there.

Convenience store is just right across the street. There’s a bank just beside the hotel. There’s a bahn mi stall just on the same street too that I love.

“Within walking distance to the centre (Old Quarter) and many must-go locations for tourists, Peridot locates in a relatively quiet and safe street. So great choice if you don’t want to sacrifice your quiet nights for convenience. (And a convenience store is located just in front of the hotel!)

Room is on point. Ours is a bit small but clean and has everything. The balcony gives you a great view of the neighboring streets and the Hanoi sky.

Staff and service are more than great. Everyone we met is helpful and friendly, and one feels their sincerity and positivity when talking with them – it’s more than generic chit-chats, one can feel their willingness and generosity to share. Beside touristic tips and advices – those of course they are fully informed, talk with the staff to know more about Hanoi life. Hat off to Fabio, Tim, Hazel and another young girl staff (whose name we have unfortunately forgotten, but who told us about Vietnamese mung beans and young people’s life in Hanoi!)

Locations, facilities, condistions are good. But the human touches are what make this place special.”

“So glad I chose this hotel among other hotels at Old quarter. The interior and the vibe is just beautiful. I commend their exceptional service as well. The hotel staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. Hoa from one of the receptionists even sent me some recommendations of what to do and where to eat in Hanoi. There’s also one of the bellboys who greets me every morning before I leave the hotel for my tour, gave me fan and water bottle.
The hotel room is impeccably clean, comfortable, and the smell is just so good. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. 👍
I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

“Excellent hotel! We really enjoyed our brief 2 night stay here, and would stay again!

Hotel: great check in experience, felt very personalised, after our welcome drink we were even escorted to room to ensure everything was to our liking. There’s a lovely bar on floor 12 with three different levels of balcony for city views and drinks. There’s also a jacuzzi mini pool up on one of those balconies which we didn’t use but definitely would next time. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do more for you!

Room: our room was small but adequate and well equipped. We had two windows looking over the city which was fine but meant there was a slight bit of noise throughout the night. Bathroom was ok, however it was a shower in a bath rather than separate. The bed was really comfy and I’ve never included the bed in any of my reviews before but it was like being back home!

Location: we know this area pretty well and wanted to stay in this location, we like it and think it’s well located for most everything you’d want to do in the old quarter.

Food and drink: I had an excellent negroni on happy hour and they have a good selection of wine. The breakfast we had here was the best we’ve had in Vietnam over the 2 weeks we’ve stayed. The buffet isn’t anything special or different but just tasted really good! We checked out very early to visit Sapa and they made us a takeaway breakfast which consisted of sandwich and croissants, orange juice, a boiled egg and fruits. All of it was very nice.”
