“Staff was very kind and helpful to make recommendations, bookings answering queries. Exceptionally thanks to staff Robert. Very helpful to my family. Hotel is clean. Air conditioning and water pressure is good. No complaints. Television has got YouTube Netflix to keep kids occupied. Near hotel there’s convenience store. We left our big luggage with the hotel when we go for our sapa trip. They packed breakfast for us as well cause our transport is early even though its just simple bf, bread hardboiled egg fruit. “

“Happy with the level of cleanliness in the bedroom and toilet. My room is on L5. Im surprised to see a sauna feature in the toilet where you can switch the heater on. Hot water comes instantly, there is no need to wait long. My room comes with a bathub, albeit short but still large enough to soak in. Breakfast spread was great, there’s pho noodles and eggs live station, along with buffet of rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, bread, baking desserts, fruits. The staff are kind and they kept my luggage while i was away in Sapa. “
“The hotel is in the center of Hanoi’s old city, the surrounding area is busy with culinary delights, close to tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good, the service is friendly, it’s just that during the 5 day stay the drinking glasses provided were never replaced every day. So far the best hotel in Hanoi.”
