“The location is good especially near to the lake.
The breakfast is standard but okay considering the price that you pay.
The room size is quite big, but there is still the room improvement especially on the bed which is hard (Firm) and the blanket is small. “

“I looked for 5 star hotel only, labelled as 5 star in Agoda but actually it’s 4 star only. No sign board and hard to find the hotel without sign board. The bed was hard as stone. Felt like sleeping on hard surfaces. Checked at reception to change but all their beds are like hard surfaces. Agoda team need to take action.”
