“The location is close to all the tourist area making it easily walkable to explore the area. The staff are very helpful and kind; they also speak English very well. We also did an early check-in which they were able to accommodate for us for a small fee. Breakfast was good, small variety but still good (you can also order for pho and stuff as well and chef will make it). The rooms are a bit smaller but still great as they use all the space needed. The rooms are clean and smells good. This place definitely is worth the price. We stayed for 2 nights, also booked our airport transfer with them at a nice price (similar to grab…maybe better since it was a bigger car -7seater). We also did their spa services and the cost was pretty similar to all the other spa places in the surrounding area. Eventhough we checked out they do have a shower and toilet area for you to use if needed (I showered after my massage before heading out to the airport). “

“The room was very comfortable, although seemed much smaller than what we had booked, and didn’t have any windows unlike the pictures. Aircon was good, shower was lovely and sheets were cosy.

What really made this hotel special were the staff, in our 5 months of travel so far the people here have been stand out helpful. Tommy was excellent along with his colleagues in helping us feel welcomed and completely looked after. Even helped us get a great price for a taxi to the airport.

So just wanted to say thanks to everyone running the place! Made all the difference 😊”

“Very good location in Old Quarter and it’s close to nice cafes, restaurants and attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, I got lucky it was already available when I arrived so they let me check-in early. Highly recommended!”

“Tommy who works there made our stay so easy. He booked our trip to the Ha Giang loop and I unfortunately had an accident there so we had to come back early, he booked us in their sister hotel so we didn’t have to stress. He also booked us a tour to Nimh Binh which we enjoyed. He also checked on us while we were in Nimh Binh to make sure we were okay. 5 stars for Tommy, thank you for making our trip easy.”

“Hotel location is right in the middle of all the best things about Old Quarter. Staff is very helpful, even with my late/early morning check-in, nice and offers a lot of advice about the area. Breakfast was delicious, filling and delicious fruits and coffee. No shortage of food options, coffee shops, restaurants and laundry nearby within short walking distance. Will stay again when I am back in Old Quarter.”
