“The staff was amazing!!!”
“The pillows were uncomfortable, the mattress my wife couldn’t sleep on because it leaned into the middle of the mattress. Small vanity in the bathroom with no room for both guests to put their toiletries on. The 3’X3′ shower did not even have a shelf for shampoo. The TV was complicated to figure out and only had basic cable. Carpet was old and filthy. The glass panels in the fireplace rattled when the wind blew outside. No housekeeping for a 3 day stay. I could go on and on but I think you get the message. We have stayed at a lot of luxury hotels across the US and Europe and we would rate this property the worst.
We would never stay here again”
“Beautiful location with views. Resort was peaceful and scenic. Located near hiking trails and the botanical garden. Plenty of golf courses in the area.”
