“Checked into this hotel on the 4th of July and it was an excellent stay. I only experienced one issue upon arrival with the room, which was some trash that was most likely overlooked but the front desk and management took care of it immediately and apologized. I was satisfied with the response. The 7th floor pool was awesome and a need in the hot weather. The water was cold and I was able to cool off during my stay. The mall is next door and there are plenty of places with walking and driving distance. I would stay again!”

“I would like to address some concerns regarding our recent experience at the hotel. Firstly, there was a lack of communication regarding self-parking upon our arrival. We had to search for the self-park area under the mall’s parking garage, only to find that the elevator was out of order, resulting in the need for valet parking. Additionally, the parking fees were not clearly communicated to us.
Furthermore, despite making a specific room request a month in advance and following up the day before check-in, we arrived to find that our room had not been prepared as requested. This led to an uncomfortable situation when we returned from breakfast to discover that our room had not been cleaned and we were locked out, requiring assistance from the valet staff to let us in the room since the front desk could not rekey our key and we had come from the pool and it was embarrassing to be in our towels in front of a group of men waiting for their transportation
Although I was able to speak with the manager to address these issues, which I thought was taken care of and felt heard only to be disappointed by the lack of communication, follow thorough, resolve, and follow-up on their part. I hope that in the future, such issues can be resolved in a more efficient and professional manner to ensure a better experience for guests. I am upset with the lack of returned calls and reaching out to rectify this situation…..hasn’t happened oh and randomly charged for mini bar items”

“This is one of the nicest hotel we’ve been in. Take advantage of the rooftop pool and deck to soak in the sunset and get a great view of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are brand new and I think we’re one of the first to sleep on the bed haha. It’s located close to old town Scottsdale and the hotel is right next to the mall. “
