“The pool was closed due to maintenance. It can’t be helped but was a bummer to me. The room was very humid feeling even though the temp was low. It felt that the carpet, beds, and counters all had a layer wetness. I turned the heat up and eventually the moistness went away. Staff was exceptionally nice. “

“The staff was not really welcoming. They would watch you stand there. It also seems as though they often have difficulty finding people’s reservations. Wanting for a deposit without notice; it wasn’t clear on the booking site I used “Agoda” nor the sonesta site. Roomkey constantly needed to be reactivated.”
