“This Establishment has one of THE BEST STAFFED TEAMS IN THE MCO METRO AREA! THEY ARE MOST POLITE, PLEASANT, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRULY MAKE YOUR STAY STRESS FREE AND AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE. MANY ON STAFF HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED AT THIS LOCATION FOR YEARS & YEARS & IT SHOWS IN EFFICIENCY. THE EMPLOYEES MUST BE TREATED VERY WELL BY THE COMPANY TO RETAIN SUCH TENURE AND OUTPERFORM THEIR OTHER HOTEL CHAINS’ COUNTERPARTS BY DELIVERING TRULY AWESOME SERVICE. “Staff was friendly, bed was very comfortable. Had to jiggle the handle to get toilet to stop running 5 minutes later, mold above shower, No hot water in shower, pipes made loud whistling noise which eventually stopped. Breakfast was either fruit loops or waffle. “
“Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Not a place to stay to impress anyone, but for location it was comfortable enough.
I had a connecting room and had noisy people in the next room. You could hear the whole conversation at 6am. “
“The room itself was adequate but everything outside the room was depressing. The whole place needs a paint job. The breakfast did not have any healthy options such as yogurt, fresh fruit or oatmeal. The price was right but I will not stay at this hotel again. “
