“Aside from the lack of staff and the pool being closed half the time we stayed there, the hotel is in a good spot. There are many a things to do nearby. And the room itself was actually very clean, so nothing to complain about on that front. Only issue with our stay was every time we needed more towels, we had to go to the front desk ourselves, because they didn’t have anyone to bring them to our room. “

“Short drive/uber away from Universal. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable enough, everything was working fine. Breakfast is usual for US hotels with sliced bread, juice, cereal, waffles. Pool was nice to have as we returned earlier than expected. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood is great, with lots of eating options walking distance. “

“Room was clean and seemed adequately stocked with mini fridge and microwave. Had lotion soap shampoo and conditioner along with a roku smart TV that offered some streaming service. The breakfast declined a lot since my last stay here. They no longer offer sausages or eggs, or cranberry juice, or an assortment of fruit. Just 1 type per day. My only other complaint is that there were ants in our room that attacked our sealed snacks that we brought with us on the trip. The other note was that you can hear the toilets being flushed from the surrounding rooms. Which is something I never noticed before. “

“Great room with some minimum cosmetic defects, but everything was functional. Plenty of parking but lots of holes on the road. Be careful driving. I didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting and clean. “
