“This facility has potential. My complaints are: 1) tea wasn’t refilled 2)liquid soap wasn’t refilled 3)glass cups were not washed and put back 4)makeup remover wasn’t refilled 5)took 3 requests and 2 days to get a blanket 6) elevator continually dinged and since walls are thin it was quite noisy “
“Perfect location to see all the Springs. Plenty of good food in the area. Nice Hilton but a little outdated. Clean and staff was friendly. Would stay again! “
“For the price, this hotel leaves lots to be desired. First off, the corridors are not climate controlled. It was 110F outside, and felt nearly as hot in the hallways.
There was 1 working ice machine for the entire 8 floor hotel. There is an abundance of free wasted space all over every single floor where ice could be installed, but only 2 floors have ice available, and only one worked. Plus all the signs say there is ice and vending, but there actually isn’t vending.
No towels at the pool available, pool area was dirty and unmaintained. We nearly got hit with falling debris from a palm tree.”
