“I am a Floridian and I’d read previous travelers reviews and was apprehensive about my stay.
Some things were true.
The room phone did not work.
There are safes but the are non- functioning.
The carpets are super old.
This is a franchise and the OWNER will NOT be doing any improvements any time soon.
The sheets and towels were scratchy.
My room was clean but smelled musty.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a very early departure and they let me know there was coffee available at that hour.
Overall, for the money and the location, which was accessible to the wedding venue I was attending, it was ok.
Beware that traffic on this segment on I-4 is horrendous and travel time anywhere to theme parks or the arport, can take an inordinate amount of time. Give yourself an extra hour. “

“I will talk about the bad things I noticed on my last visit to this hotel. First of all, the Receptionist talks too much. I had to wait like 10 minutes for her to stop talking to the guy in front of me about random things. Second, the room had a terribly stained shower bathtub and the refrigerator was dirty. “
