“I stayed with friends for a five-night amusement park trip, and it was perfect! This hotel offers excellent value for money, with helpful staff, impeccable cleanliness, and plenty of amenities. The rooms are just as pictured on the website, making it feel very new. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering it! You can do a 20 minutes walk to Universal city walk, or take a bus or lyft for few minutes.”
“I want to start off by saying that our experience was fine, but it wasn’t exceptional or anything special. First I want to state that the photos on this site don’t accurately reflect the hotel (I.e., the bar area, the lobby, etc.). It looks way more fancy than it actually is. Our room itself had banged up walls, black fingerprint smudges on the ceiling, and dirty floors. The cleanliness was not up to standard. We saw a cockroach in one of the elevators and a few bugs in our room. Plus, room service didn’t do the best job of cleaning during our stay. By the time we left our feet were black from the dirty wood floors.
Additionally, the staff wasn’t the friendliest and we had to ask for a refill on our toiletries in our room five times before it was replaced. If you don’t need any frills out of your hotel experience, then this place is fine.”
