“We only stayed at Marriott JFK for seven hours since we have an early morning flight – 2AM. The hotel is like 10-15 minute drive to JFK. I particularly appreciate the free shuttle service. The driver was courteous and he dropped us off right at our departure terminal (I was worried we would be dropped off at the Federal Circle – a common area for shuttle).
We arrived at the hotel (from the city) earlier than 3PM but we were allowed to check-in. Staff were courteous. I would like to give special commendation to Chris – he was helpful (with great enthusiasm) in carrying all our luggage to the room.
The room has all the amenities you would need (except for toothbrush and slippers). We asked for slippers and they were immediately provided.
We only stayed at Marriott before our departure. However, I would like to note that during our arrival, around 12 midnight, while waiting for our shuttle, Marriott shuttle was frequently running at the Federal Circle in JFK. I honestly regretted I did not book Marriott on our arrival.
I definitely would stay again in this hotel should I return to New York ๐”
“It was a good stay. Areas of the bathroom could have done with a bit of more cleaning and probably an upgrade. Staff was polite and helpful. Very close to airport but taxi fare is quite expensive between 23 – 32 dollars for a very short drive. There is a free shuttle which comes on the hour and half past. I would stay again. “
