“We found hair in the beds. We called house keeping they sent someone to our room with clean sheets. He told us he doesn’t change sheets and we had to change them ourselves. I called to speak to the manager. The manager took off parking fees for 1 vehicle of our entire stay (that was nice).
The telephones in our room wasn’t working. Maintenance came to look at it, he told us the vendor was closed until Monday which was our check out date.
The carpet was dirty, and had not been vacuumed.

If breakfast can be extended to 10:00, if the room has no ants, if parking can be cheaper or free.”

“Our reservation was cancelled citing a non-working pre-authorized credit card. However, credit card was in working order. No rooms were available. While using the computer in the lobby to try to secure a new room somewhere else, was told to vacate the premises by a very rude desk person. Even though the lack of a room was the hotel’s mistake. “
