The hotel is brand new, and so the facilities are nice and clean, rooms are beautiful, and we got an upgrade to a partial ocean view room. Having an ofuro in the hotel and a free shuttle to and fro Waikiki were great plus factors for us too!
Special mention to Mindy who checked us in and gave us the upgrade, as well as a lovely handwritten note and a bottle of wine – these small touches really made our stay <3"
