“Booked 2 X 2 Rooms – upon arrival we recieved the one room. Not sure if I was confused or they put us in one room for 7 with 2 bedrooms. But on the site I had to select two apartments to pay for?
1. Good location 10 minutes ish walk to town
2. Friendly staff
3. No sheets/pillowcases provided nor beds made up but bedding/ mattresses in wardrobes
4. parking £20 per night
5. 2 options for parking – one fine/ one extremely stinky of fish and flooded not acceptable for £40
6. Microwave did not work just a note for management
7.. Very clean and spacious
Overall a good stay just a few concerns with bedding/ what i booked/ smelly/ flooded/ expensive parking “
“Check in and parking – staff were very friendly and helpful. Tidy and clean apartmenment however carpet very marked with wear. Fluffy thick towels and fresh smelling bedding. Bed very uncomfortable, mattress Springs noisey and lumpy. Only one mirror in bathroom so tricky to dry hair. Kitchen equipment sparse. Tea coffee provided. If the mattress was sorted, I would recommend however, for me a comfortable bed is high on my list. Hope this doesn’t put anyone off as it is good value.”
“Be very careful they have taken over a few random flats in a completely different building and complex and the flats are very random. We had a leak and no one came to fix it so all the hall carpet was completely soaking! Awful service”
