“Lots to report on this property, first and most notable is the fact there is no elevator, not an issue for the first or maybe second floor, but my room was on the 4th floor and the last flight of stairs is a ball buster.
Once you are in the room it is clean and comfortable, the bed was just okay, it looked like it was about to collapse as two of the legs were out of alignment, but it survived the night.
My room had access to the outside with a balcony, that was a nice touch, but not so quiet as Soi Welcome is a busy street these days with many late night bars and restaurants, so factor that into your stay.
I cannot complain as it is a price point property, staff are friendly and helpful, and the internet is a bit weak, however. They offer you breakfast in the AM, limited but acceptable. If location and price are a factor you get both here, I will return another time for certain.”

“My parents 1st room was terrible, there was no electricity, the aircon is broken, and the room had a smell. They requested to be moved to another room, the hotel obliged. The new room is great.”
“It’s cheap and right on the beach, the air con was good but I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast. It’s good value for money and if you want to be a stones through from the beach and the nightlife it’s a good please to stay “
