“The Unit i stayed was nice ,but the aircon has a leaked and hassle to clean it. “

“Was missing a television and the toiletries were cheap but besides that, no complaints. Had a great view and the room was really nice and new. Close to seaside and u.s embassy. Lot of fast food in walking distance. “

“The check in process is a nightmare! I emailed the property days before my check in day and there’s no response whatsoever. When I got to the place, I was told im not listed as an expected guest. There’s no number to call since they provided a foreign number and no one is replying to my email. I waited for hours until the guard finally figured out who might’ve been the unit owner for the property. He called the attendant for the unit but she said she had other errands so I had to wait longer.

I finally got access to the unit and it was so disappointing. It was so cramped and dirty. There’s cockroaches everywhere! They are literally crawling on the bed, bathroom walls, kitchen counters and even inside the fridge! I barely slept a wink since I feel disgusted but I have no option since I have an interview the next morning. It was a stressful night.

The only thing I like about the place is the location. It was near the embassy. If it wasn’t near I would’ve left. “

“The owner of the unit lacks communication with the management of the building. We were not able to enter the unit on the first night of our stay because our names were not on the list. So, we booked another hotel for our first night. Hence, a waste of money. It’s only on the second day that we were able to stay in the property. We booked a 2 nights 3 days stay. They did not give us refund. In addition, the picture in the website is very different from what we actually stayed. Our booking was supposed to be a 1 deluxe room with 2 queen size bed but to our dismay, there was only 1 double bed and the room is far from being a deluxe.”
