“We opted to stay here for our Post Anniversary 2 night celebration due to it being a fairly new property and having a good promo rate in Agoda. It was easy to locate, only thing is the ramp going to the parking was really steep. Going in, we were not disappointed as the hotel is clean and tidy and has this new hotel vibe. All staff are friendly and warm and are always ready to help. The breakfast buffett was a bonus too. The pool was great and my kids enjoyed it since it is an indoor pool and no need to worry about the heat of the sun. The only thing is we noticed a foul smell around the pool and we suspect that it could be the green long mat that is placed beside the pool. On our last day, we requested if we can do a late check out but we’re told that we cannot as the hotel was full and there are guests coming in. Though we have general understanding of how hotel admissions work, we would have still appreciated if we were given at least an hour, given that the hotel check out is at 12noon and their check in are at 3pm. Other than that, I can say that our stay was pleasant and fun.”

“We stayed in this hotel to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary. I didn’t expect that this hotel would give me the best experience ever. Their staff are highly approachable, polite, kind, accomdating, attentive, and they treat every guest with great respect. Their hotel is sparkling clean. Their room is so cozy, fragrant and comfortable. All facilities are good. I can’t say anything bad about this hotel except the pool which is just cold. I think they just have to make the water temperature warm.
My hubby and I had a dinner date in their restaurant. To my suprise, the hotel gave me a birthday blast. The restaurant gave me complimentary foods and drinks. They also gave me two cakes and even sang a happy birthday song for me.
You will really feel that the hotel values every guest that they had in the hotel.
I highly applaud this hotel. Thank you so much, Ardenhills Suites. We will definitely go back in here.”

“For its price, I am blown away with how nice this hotel actually is! The room was so spacious, clean, and complete with amenities. I especially loved the fact that they have an Android TV in the room so pairing it with my Android phone was a breeze. I’ve stayed in some 5-star hotels and I can say that the room itself could beat most of them (maybe except the bathroom, but that one isn’t bad either). The best experience I would say is that all the hotel staff I interacted with were all so hospitable and eager to help, so my stay definitely was worry-free.

If there’s anything they can improve, it’ll probably be the breakfast selection—although this is probably me nitpicking. I didn’t enjoy my breakfast on my first day as much as I did on the second day, but that doesn’t take much away from the fact that overall, this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. My only regret is not staying longer, but I’m already planning to come back soon!”

“Hotel everything is new and best quality.. including best breakfast..everything like 5 star hotel standard..only location maybe not good.and swimming pool very nice but cold water… television big new generation.i can use my Netflix account Easley.. two 2 liter water was very useful..don’t need to buy water from outside.. shower is powerful.toilet have with everything need .. safety box,small frigider,big room.big and quality bed.maybe one of best i seen 4 star hotel.. breakfast is super and very good quality.. swimming pool for me too cold….100 meters have small shopping mall.also walking distance have 2 shopping mall ,one 25 min by walk another 15 min..hotel super clean and everything new..also personal who stay in breakfast, remember all person who come to breakfast,they call you with your name.very good memory..air condition system central system and very effective..hotel olso safe .. everywhere have camera, including lift…i can say hotel is safe..

“We booked this hotel just for an overnight stay to relax and unwind, and I’m glad we did. We did not experience a single problem, the staff from the front desk provided excellent service, and the rooms were new, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was good, too. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Things to improve on would probably be to a have a heater on the pool (since the water can get cold), and maybe to provide more leisure activities within the hotel for Gen Z’s like us. Thank you for the great stay, will definitely come back soon.”
