“From the name of the hotel, is it a Chinese-style hotel? The hotel quality is also at the Chinese standard, and the hotel rates are cheap and reasonable. The facilities are relatively new and clean. However, it can be noisy inside the room due to other guests talking loudly. Also, be warned that there are some bugs present.”

Our stay at Kojo Hotels Cebu – Mandaue was a great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch. Although the location might not have been ideal for some, the hotel made up for it with their excellent service. The room size was spacious and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. We also appreciated the convenient transport options available. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend Kojo Hotels Cebu – Mandaue to others seeking a budget-friendly and comfortable accommodation option in Cebu.”

“The primary advantage of this hotel is its location. However, if your budget allows, both BigHotel Cebu Mandaue and Bai Hotel Mandaue are also conveniently situated nearby. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues. We were disturbed at midnight by strangers knocking on our door, and our room was frequently filled with cigarette smoke due to other guests smoking in the corridors, despite our request for a non-smoking area. Each time we returned from an excursion, our room and towels reeked of smoke.

I would only recommend this hotel if budget constraints prevent you from considering other options for a family stay. While the rooms are spacious, the level of cleanliness is mediocre to below average. Additionally, the staff was not very responsive to our needs, consistently providing only three towels for our group of five, despite having registered five individuals at check-in. The complimentary breakfast was also average at best. In summary, while the location is excellent, the overall experience is disappointing.”

“Customer service was superb – staff are friendly, approachable, and very welcoming. They’d make you feel at home in a hotel. The place is way better in actual setting than what you see in photos – clean, near around restos and cafes cause it’s just right accross a mall. Maybe the internet inside the room needs a little improvement cause the internet connection is not really stable for someone who works online and at the same time travel to unwind. Overall, we had a great stay. We’d love to come back here next time. “
