“Staff was super kind!”

“I love the place. You get more than what you had paid for. The staff at the lobby and the hotel cleaners are very friendly. They are very approachable and pleasant. The staff at the kitchen though serving breakfast was not accommodating at all. He is very strict and did not even assist a customer who was asking for help. I hope the property can coach him so he can better assist guests in the future. Aside from that, i am super satisfied with the whole stay”

“Good place, clean, soft bed, warm shower and cold ac, that is what was important. Few quirks, got moved to a family room from a double, only had 3 singles for a couple but made it work. 3 beds and only 2 towels and 2 tooth brush. Apparently a 3rd person would be an additional charge for amenities, but toothbrush and towels were it for amenities. Last, I investigated fires before retiring. This place has a row of rooms with no windows or secondary exit. I saw several fatal fires where the fire was at the door and no other way out, just something to consider. “

“It’s very clean and safe if you have a little one, we got a room with no window and we like it coz it’s safer for our little one. It doesn’t have a smell at all. Maaliwas sya. We will come back and recommend it to others. Plus, the hotel entrance is just beside the entrance to Robinson’s supermarket so it’s good for long stays too. Very plus plus points, malakas ang AC.”
