“Our stay in Mandarin Bay and Resort was beyond our expectations. Since the site mentioned that it was only their “Soft Opening” we expect less than normal.

It was our first travel as a family of three, my wife and a 6 months old baby.

For the room, we availed their Premier Deluxe Room with Airport Transfer.

When we arrived from the airport, their ground staff is already there and assisted us with our luggages and other staff towards the van. The van is clean and well maintained (Airconditioning).

When we arrived at the port, we never had to wait since the speedboat is there already and they have finished transferring our luggages too. It only took 3minutes to reach boracay island, where another van is waiting to drop us off in our designated hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel lobby, we are welcomed warmly by their staffs with drums, wet towel and welcome drink. Since we have a 6 month old baby with us, they even gifted her “Sandy” the seahorse stuffed toy a signature of their hotel.

I didn’t even feel like i was traveling with a baby since everything went smoothly.

The room is requested to have a special design for a birthday surprise and it was really cool and awsome.

When we are having breakfast, the restaurant is very spacious with a lot of food to pick. The staffs were commendable as they were looking all after you and the baby.

All in all our stay was really great, our baby loved it.
They also provide baby cot where my baby slept well day and night.

We will surely comeback after this.

Hoping that their wifi will be also available in their toilets (really no signal at all), but who cares on the signal where you went for vacation and relax your mind.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Bay resort with my family, including our little bundle of joy. It was our first time traveling as a family, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations!

Despite the challenges of traveling with a baby, the staff at Mandarin Bay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of marvelous. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Thank you for the cold towels and welcome drinks!

The room accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable,. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. (Free toys/floaters/beach mat)

What truly set Mandarin Bay apart was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They were quick to offer assistance.

Overall, our experience at was nothing short of extraordinary. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you for making our first family vacation one to remember!”

“We had a lovely stay here in Mandarin Bay Hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the staff from the airport, the ferry ride from Caticlan Port to Boracay Island, then arrived at the hotel lobby, honestly, at every point where their staff is involved, the service was top notch. Excellent and quality service from the staff made the stay much more wonderful. The rooms were really clean and smelled lovely. The whole experience was no less than wonderful. The breakfast buffet was really good, had a good selection and were delicious. We also tried their dinner buffet which was really delicious and we had a lovely time. Overall, it was such a great experience. I can’t recommend it enough, will definitely choose to stay here the next time we will visit Boracay. “

* Room (not carpeted, floor is slippery even when dry so take caution, plenty of electrical outlets for gadgets, shower is easy to use with heater, bed is clean, nice smell, trash bins always emptied by housekeeping, toiletries always well provided including condiments)
* Pool (huge pool area, safety tiles present, fresh towels, beach mats and toys for borrowing, showers are neat with pebbles to rub away sand, sanitation, smells good)
* Food (much variety, buffet hours are long, kid-friendly)
* Staff (courteous, proactive, has initiative in assisting with baggage, with cold towels and welcome drinks, responsive in activating locked hotel cards, needs constant follow up however if requesting for official receipt)
* Accessible with vans and e-tricycles nearby
* Best ambiance for location, commuter friendly, by the beachfront with own entrance”

“The hotel staff is super accomodating and very nice. Facilities are top notch, rooms are roomy and very nice! The pool was awesome that my daughter didn’t wanna leave, lifeguards everywhere! The front desk people were so attentive to my requests and tries to accomodate ( i initially stayed here for 4d 3n and checked out went to Piccolo for my 2nd booking but didn’t like it there so went back to mandarin and they welcomed me soo warmly tried to get a poolside room (w/c was my previous room) initially there was none but the manager and Ms. Ira made it happen! Had a last minute airport transfer request and that too was granted! Staff there goes above and beyond! We will definitely be back!”
