“It is a boutique hotel situated in the quiet end of Boracay which we loved. Walking distance from the restairants and all the happenings. The property is right in front of the beach. Our room had a good view of the water. The downstairs is nicely decorated bar and restaurant. The bar is open 24 hours. Great spot to sit and relax while enjoying the view and watch the time pass. The staff are very friendly and helpful!”

“It’s really wonderful place. You can see sunsets just from you balcony.
The staff is very responsive, they made everything really well. They even helped me to find flowers and Prosecco for my wife’s birthday.

It is very good place. It’s quiet silence place and takes only 5-10 minutes on foot to go to some party.

“Kaiyana was a great stay. It’s a small boutique-style hotel right on the waterfront. If this is your first time going to Boracay, be mindful that beachfront properties don’t have a solid walk way, meaning you may need to carry your luggage through the sand unless you can get a porter set up to help you.
We stayed in the penthouse/family suite and our room was amazing. Be mindful that there are no elevators so if you bring a lot of stuff, it can be a hassle to bring up. The bathroom was a great size and the decor was beautiful but my foot got cut by one of the shells in the shower. That was the only downside to my stay but what made up for it was the gorgeous view of the blue water framed by the garden flowers that you saw every day.
Food was great and a decent price, and the staff were very communicative.
