“Staff is very friendly and helpful”
“They let us check in 30 minutes early, but were placed in the farthest rooms even if the other rooms are still empty. There’s no table inside the room and had to bring the table on the patio. There was no one at the reception past 6 AM and the main door is locked so we had to check if the door inside the counter is open. My husband also complains that the staff was not at the reception but in a room doing karaoke and was told that service water is unavailable. He asked for the manager and that’s the only time the staff obliged to get some service water. No rags in the room, just in the toilet. No free toiletries, but there’s a basket of it for sale on top of the fridge. It was decent, but the price isn’t worth it. “
