“When we arrived, we were greeted by guard who also functions as receptionist, handed us the key and collected a deposit fee of 1,500 PHP. From the outside and based on the feedback of locals, the hotel seems to be new in its operation. The lobby looks normal but we were surprised with the actual condition of the room. The building seems to be renovated (?), bathroom floor tiles are unmaintained, shower enclosure cannot be closed, the water coming from the shower connected to the heater flow in a very slow pace. No AC unit installed similar with other accomodations in Baguio. No fans were provided. “
