“Will definitely stay here in our future Baguio trips”

“Ms. Jennylyn was very accommodating. Her place is cozy and clean. Enough space for our family (10 adults, 2 children).

May day lang na walang wifi at di namin nagamit since may ibang family members na nagstay inside habang yung iba nasa labas so di nautilize yung connection. Natagalan lang yung pag-reconnect pero responsive naman sila Ma’am na nagff up din sa wifi service provider nila.

Naiwan pa namin yung isa naming rattan bag and she was gracious enough to assist us kahit after almost 10 days ko na siya kinontak.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Will consider this for when we go back to Baguio. Thank you and more power!”

“The place is nice at the 3rd floor and walking distance to SM , cathedral up to session road not that near but kung mabagal ka up to 30mins walking and we are 14 adults . Which they have 2 rooms . They let us in early at around 8am which supposedly 1pm pa dapat. Miss Jen and his kuya is nice as well .

Internet somehow nawawala in the middle of the night or at night and bumabalik after a few hours which we don’t know why.

It happened lang na nag amoy primer sa loob ng buong bahay pagbalik namin ng 3pm for some reasons due to other transient renovations. Since pagod na ang everyone and no time to get the refund it takes time for us to wait bago mkapagpahinga since we have to wait for the smell na mawala . But they were nice and willing to help naman .

Parking they have yes since one van kami.

Overall experience for sa Third floor with 2 rooms with kitchen and sala plus mini veranda not bad. Pagoda lang maglakad lalo pag may oldies na kasama at hingalin. Don’t expect the place is big but the 2 rooms can accommodate 14 adults with 2 extra futons basically 12 persons total sa 2 rooms.

Location again if you guys are into walking its nice very near sa sm , session and cathedral max 30mins kung mabagal maglakad but kung very masipag kayo to walk that’s good it takes 10-15mins only .

“The unit is close to tourist spots. It can accommodate big groups. The unit is clean with complete beddings. Also it has mountain view. Highly recommended. “

“The transient house is good for accomodating a family. I was expecting towels, shampoo/body soap but not included. 🙂 anyways, it’s good stay! “
