“Was here to bring in the new years 2024.

Location:
The hotel which sits 2 minutes away from the Tsukiji market is ideal for someone who wants to relax and enjoy the fresh seafood on the daily. However, please note the location sits about 15 minute walk to the Asakusa line and a 10 minute walk to the Hibiya line. While not a deal breaker this might make someone reconsider when making plans.

Room:
The room rented was a 226 sqft room which was large considering standard rooms within the Ginza area. For the price I paid I was extremely happy. 2 twin beds, separate spaces for shower, toilet and a sink, made the space manageable despite our luggages. (A pet peeve of mine when I can’t move cause I brought too many things) . The rook was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for my needs.

Considerations:
Unfortunately, I have a tattoo so I cannot comment on the popular public bath. However the lounge was comfortable with reading material in both English and Japanese. They also have free coffee in the lobby via an automated machine.

“Tsukiji Outer Market just beside the hotel. Onsen is free for the hotel guest, and open until 12am. Such a lovely bath after a long walk in Tokyo.

The regular room is quite small (just like regular Tokyo hotel room). I took a bigger room for the 2 of us. Spacious enough, I can open all my four luggages in the room.

Clean-up room is done daily (which I didnt expect to). Usually hotel in Tokyo I ever stayed will clean up room every 3 days.

Even though I didnt ask to clean up room (and I put DND sign ), the housekeeping will hang clean towels and new mineral water in a bag, outside my room.

Breakfast is also have a nice selections. A bit input for the breakfast buffet, pls refill the food buffet, before it really totally finished.

Family Mart just beside the hotel.
Metro station is 6 minutes walk.

I love to stay here, and highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for hotel around this area. “

“Newly built. Rooms have tatami area, enough outlets, nice table, comfortable mattresses, separate toilet room with small sink, separate room with shower next to tub, and double sinks outside. Perfect layout for 2 or more. Available breakfast buffet is yummy and kept clean. Coffee and tea available all day in lobby. Most of all, rooms are bright and some have very large windows with views, a rarity even in the nicest hotels in Japan. Outer Tsukiji market stalls and restaurants are all around less than 30 seconds walk away.

Very minor negatives:
Table and mattresses are low to the floor so may not be easiest for those not used to it.
Tsukiji Subway Station for the Hibiya Line is about a 8 minute walk.
No soap dispenser for the small sink.
Upholstery above headboard is dusty.
