“The location was perfect, as we wanted to stay very close to shinjuku, harajuku and shibuya area. A short walk to Shin Okubo station is all we need to get connected. It is right of the main street where Don Quijote outlet is.
The place is really small for 4 of us. But that’s part of a unique Tokyo living experience as well. The room is small but has everything- washing machine (the dryer function not working), stove, fridge, microwave, sink, cups, pot, cutleries, etc. However, there is not enough space to eat a proper meal (we packed noodle from sukiya). So we took turns to eat at the small coffee table.
Last but not least, what we most satisfied is their response to us via agoda app send message function. The response time was within few minutes. Far better than most hotels. The guidelines to trash sorting and direction to hotel were also comprehensive.
Oh ya, there is a beautiful church at the rear of the hotel. Remember to go take a look inside. We regreted… we saw the tip of the roof of the architecture only when we leaving!”

“This is a good place to stay for single or duo travellers. The room is small but it’s conveniently located near the Shin-Okuba station. Also, convenient stores and food stores are easily accessible around the area.
Checking-in and out is easy because its all self-service. But, for those who have luggages and will arrive in Japan early, be informed that the Luggage Delivery Service from the airport may not be an option. “

“Super happy with the location its very close to Okubo station with all the convenience stores in less than 50meters. There’s a Sukiya out front and Don Qi across the street. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Highly recommended this place for the strategic location and lively streets at night. Muslim friendly since there is a halal food and halal mart nearby. Hence, room is pretty small for a family size (2A3C). “
