“They have a unlimited drink machine and unlimited amenities available by the front door. Really kinda staff, some staff can speak english really well. Showers are clean, the Female onsen was broken which was sad, but it makes up for it with everything else. Even the beauty room is cute, and the femalle only louge, Usually really quiet ^^ except for some snoring but that was just once! I always feel safe and accomidated. “

– Amenities (free hygiene kits – razor, toothbrush, etc; coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. in lounge; spa)
– friendly staff (only half of them speak English but they are super helpful and will go out of their way to use google translate)
– very clean

Cons:
– late check-in (5 PM; no exceptions); early check-out (10 AM)
– shared room can be noisy

I scored a deal ($20) so I was very happy but booked a new spot the following night because they were trying to charge me $60 if I wanted to book an additional night. Definitely worth $20, maybe even $30, but not more. “

“I came here for one night, and it was such a great experience. I wanted to see what it was like to stay in a capsule, and it did not disappoint. The women’s section was very secure, and the amenities, especially the bath house, was so nice. I definitely would recommend this as a clean and affordable option if you’re traveling solo or with one other person in Tokyo.”

“Location is short walking distance to Akihabara Station, and easy to get to Haneda Airport. Lots of eating and shopping places (especially electronics) around. Bed is comfortable but locker is too narrow to store things. Also bathing is on another floor so is quite troublesome. Pyjamas should be given free of charge like some capsule hotels. Other than that, overall the stay is quite pleasant. “
