The Hamilton Sapporo Hotel reviews

“We stayed at Hotel Hamilton during Sapporo Snow Festival. We booked a bit close to the festival itself so there weren’t a lot of hotels to choose from. We ended up choosing this Hotel due to it’s price and the fact that it was close to the tram station. There were multiple convenience stores nearby and also some bus stops. Location was very convenient we were very lucky to find this hotel in such a short notice and during the peak season!

You have to pickup the items and toiletries you need for your stay at the lobby near the elevator. Drinks were also provided near the lobby. Cold and hot drinks was available. This was a big plus for us since we always tend to buy bottled water during our stays. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they even helped us call a taxi which we really appreciate.

The room was very comfortable although a bit small, typical Japanese sized hotels. I think you can fit 2 big luggages in there if you move some things around. The room was clean, bathroom was a bit small and looked old although it was clean and functional. Bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect since we stayed during the winter. The only con I could think of with the hotel was that the walls were a bit thin so you could hear the other guests beside your room. But overall we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit sapporo!”
