“Pros: Good location, near to streetcar station (about 600m). With streetcar you can go to odori park, Nakajima Park, mount Moiwa, it’s a loop line actually. Near to ramen stalls, resto and other convenience store like Lawson, 7-11. near to coin laundry. The owner is very helpful and fast response. If you travel with kids, you can access the park close to 7-11.

Cons: Though the apartment is nice but it’s too small for 6 people like us (3 adults, 3 children). I would say it’s very convenient for max. 2 adults 1 kid.”

“Too small for 3 adults and a kid. Toilet was not clean..no air conditioning.

Extra bed was almost like a bed sheet on the floor…too expensive for what u get”

“Ad says “full kitchen” and has two pictures with a full stove. There was no full stove.
Ad says, “bathroom”. Unit has toilet and very small shower and tub, but no bathroom sink.
Ad says, “wifi” but we could not connect even after entering password.
Unit is far from station, about a 15-20 minute walk in snow.
Would not recommend unit or stay there again for reasons above.”
