“Amazing and helpful staff, the room is very clean and they provide fresh towel n amenities daily, the room itself is good for two people as well as the location is great as its near to a few convinience stores like 7-11 and train stations are very close by. Makes travelling very hassle free. Its minutes away by train from dotonbori so food is no problem. They also have a coin laundry for convinience if you need to wash your clothes. Overall i highly recomend this place and id love to stay here when i visit osaka in the future.”

“To be honest, I was shocked with the size of the room upon checking in. The bed dominated the room. I did have it upgraded without being charged. But still there was barely a space to open a suitcase nor a place to work. No painting nor decoration on the walls. Plain white tiny room. The hotel was opened in November 2017. Not old. Thus, it was designed in a way to attract probably budget-conscious tourists. It would be tough for any tourist if s/he planned to stay more than a night. “
