“The apartment is great, excellent location, very clean modern building. However unrelated to this apartment hotel, stay away from Agoda, Agoda is a very dodgy business, they will rip you off by adding large exchange rates on your booking, like 25% fees above what current exchange rates are which can add up to be in the hundreds, on top of that beware of gets an emails through their website asking for credit card details, and when I asked about it they did nothing except say to ignore them, like what lucky I didn’t fall for it, so many people must get scammed by this. And it’s not just me a quick google search will find 100s of people complaining of both of these issues!”

“The apartment is complete with utensils and equipment that could sustain a long term stay. Just outside the building is an access to the Nagahori station. Shinsaibashisuji which is a district in the Chūō-ku ward of Osaka, Japan and the city’s main shopping area is just an 8 mins walk from the location of the apartment. It is a self check in and check out hotel so expect that there are no concierge around. The room is equip with a 2 burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, sink and an electric heater. It also has a washing machine complete with a free detergent powder for the tenant to use. bath and toilet are also at a separate room so you can do your business while your companion is taking a bath. Dining table and chair is right beside the bed. Umbrellas, additional towels and toiletries are also located at the ground floor just outside the elevator for every to use. Convenience store such as Lawson and 7/11 are located a few meters away from the building. At the back of the building are various dining spots and shops. As this is a self check-in facility, you may need to follow the procedure exactly as advised via an email from the owner. Signage reflecting Apartment Hotel 11 is not posted. “Velyse” is the exact name of the building located at the side of the entry. The apartment has a free WIFI connection. The owner also granted us an extension to stay in the room but for a room fee. Just a tip, install a We Chat app if you wish to communicate with the staff/owner. “

“Nice location next to shinsaibashi. You can come out from Nagahoribashi station exit 5. Then the apartment is next to 吉野家 yoshinoya. Its very safe to store your luggage at lobby even no one take care.”
