ORI Kyoto Hotel reviews

“I was there with my family and have a great experience when I stayed there. For a location it’s near a bus stop and a train station, so you can take a bus/train to everywhere even an Ossaka you can start with a train station near this hotel it take a time about 1 hour/ 1 hour and 30 minute to go to Osaka, and it’s near convenience store and supermarket so you can cook for a meals or you can eat a quick food when you are hungry at night. For a place, a staff in front desk really helpful and you can check-in early by they will sent you an email about online check-in on a day before check-in day. and you can choose that you want to check-in early or check-in on time, but you have to pay for early check-in if you want to have a room when you arrived before check-in time (it’s reasonable price not that expensive). And facilities, area, space, comfortableness and design it’s really suit the price, cozy, comfortable, clean, and safety. If you come with family with a group or a family with older people/kids it’s really comfortable to stay it have and area enough to share with 3-4 people in one room. I really have a great time there very convenience, comfortable, and cozy to stay! I really recommend this place and if I travel there again I would like to reserves for this hotel again😄 “

“We had a great stay at the Ori hotel, the room was nice, we had both thin and thick pillows, the bed was huge. The cleaning is every couple of days which was great for us since we are traveling with a baby that sleeps during the day, taking out the trash and switching towels is very easy. We asked for eating recommendations and they gave us a google map with places which was great! We loved the Shoraku noodle place and Burger Revolution Kyoto, dont miss them if you stay here. This hotel is great for families because of the rooms, our toddler daughter slept very well on the futon (no fear of her falling off) and really liked sitting on the tatami floor and our baby could crawl around there too which was amazing. The staff were all very nice and helpful with everything. We had luggage sent here (it arrived a couple of hours before us) and there was no problem, they just asked to let them know in advance via email. “

“Place was clean, nicely furnished and was a comfortable stay for our family of 3. The room is equipped with many wall charging outlets and the small kitchen dressing table was very handy. Bathroom/shower set up was great for sharing. Also comes with iron, and hairdryer, which we used daily. It would have been better if the kitchen had a small knife, scissors and basic condiments like salt and pepper. If you plan to make small meals, would recommend you pack these items as the room doesn’t provide this. Otherwise, this was a really pleasant stay. “

“This place has been our home for 4 nights and we are glad to stay in this place. It very clean, well maintained, surrounded with many walking distant bus stations and value for money. “

“The hotel is located very close to the intersection of Karasuma and Shijo, making it very convenient for dining and shopping in the surrounding area. It is only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. The family room is very spacious. Check-in is done through a self-service QR code system, but for guests who are not familiar with mobile phone operations, there will be staff available at the front desk in the afternoon to assist with the process. The room is equipped with a microwave for heating food, and the floor has washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. Overall, this hotel in Kyoto offers great value for money, and we will definitely stay here again on our next family trip.”
