“The hotel is excellently located, close to monorail and main shopping street. It is also convenient for us to get on the tour bus as we joined local day tour. The housekeeping service is good.
One thing not too impressed is that we were not allocated a room that we have booked – a Deluxe Twin City View room. Instead, we were given a standard twin room which is much smaller in size than we would expect. They need to check the booking in more details.”
“Didn’t expect the location to be so good. 5min walk to a monorail station which is right beside the Ryubo Departmental Store. About 15min walk to Kokusai Dori.
Room size for solo traveller is fine, for a pair would be too small. Drew the curtain and saw a thick layer of dust on the window pane, not what I would expect in Japan. Staff are friendly but, apart from a Nepalese lady, I had a hard time trying to communicate to all the rest whom I had encountered. They need to improve on that. A public bathhouse on the second floor was a pleasant surprise. “
“It is close to International Street where many pubs and restaurants are. The hotel itself is not new but very clean and tidy. The staff are very diligent. The fee is reasonable as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy to go out at night.”
