“On a positive note, the hotel offered a breakfast service which was free. Appreciate that. Though the variation of food is few. The staff- not everyone (old guy who can speak English) was a tad rude and a bit bully. He says “No” to all of your request, but when I kindly ask the other staff, they considered my request and it is fine, according to the manager. So avoid talking to him at all cost. Because of him, my experience at the hotel was terrible, not to mention, they do not clean your room even if your hang the door memo saying “make up room” please. The provided sleepwear smelled old and they did not want to change it, and the bed has obvious tiny stains. The carpeted room smelled a bit odd since maybe it was not cleaned properly and the wifi is troublesome. The hallways lights are dark and the onsen was scary. (For me)
It is more uncomfortable staying here, I wish I booked a newer hotel with better staff. “

“Very convenient place to stay if you are commuting! The place was clean, provided the basic ammenities and lots of plugs/sockets for you to charge your gadgets. The staff were very helpful during our stay! Highly recommend!”

“The big pool bath on the upper floor was a big plus. Totally unexpected for a business hotel. Breakfast was also more than adequate. But you really can’t beat the location. Near everything…shops, restaurants, and the monorail station. Because of all this it’s very hard to book this hotel. If you can get it, consider yourself lucky. “
