“I recently had the pleasure of staying at MIMARU Apartment Hotel Kyoto, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived,( that too in a crisis situation )I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made me feel right at home.

The location is ideal, nestled in a serene part of Kyoto, yet conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation. This made exploring the beautiful city both easy and enjoyable.

The apartment itself was immaculate and elegantly designed, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comforts. The spacious layout, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and comfortable bedding, provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the high-quality amenities, reflected thoughtful consideration for the guests’ comfort and convenience.
Additionally, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-maintained fitness center and a relaxing communal lounge.

The staff at Apartment Hotel Kyoto deserves special mention. (Special thanks to Ceraci alias Chichi and her friend.They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. She came out to a public parking lot to assist me.Their local recommendations enhanced my visit, guiding me to some hidden gems in the city.

In conclusion, MIMARU Apartment Hotel Kyoto exceeded all my expectations. It provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and authentic Kyoto charm. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in this beautiful city. I am already looking forward to my next visit!”

“This hotel was our favorite stay of our trip. We had 2 families of 3 each staying in a 2 bedroom family apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean, and cozy. The layout was ingenious and made very good use of space. We really like the various child safety features such as the main table had rounded edges, the knife storage had child-lock, and the ladder on the bunk bed had slip resistant rungs. Such great attention to detail. We also borrowed some amenities such as a diaper pail, safety rail for the bed for our toddler, a toaster, and a high chair. There was also a kids playroom that we used a few times and our toddler loved it.

The staff were all lovely and very friendly. They helped us with luggage transfer and gave us travel tips. Overall an amazing stay and we would definitely stay here again when we come back next time!”

“We stayed for couple nights at Mimaru apartment hotel, and we loved it so much!

The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable and well equipped with necessities. The hotel amenities were well maintained and hygienic.

The location was a major plus for us. Not too far from Kyoto Station (around 1300~1500 yen by taxi), and very near to Gion and Nishiki Market (~10min by foot) as well as Ninenzaka

Lastly, the staff was awesome.
They are super friendly and attentive, always smiling and greeting us.
In all, we are very impressed with their hospitality and responsiveness.

“What an amazing place to stay — especially with our two little ones (2.5yrs & 1yr). The 2 bedroom family apartment was SO spacious, so clean, so convenient and easy for our family. The staff is kind and helpful, and the kids playroom was a huge bonus that we utilized all 5 days of our stay. Location was awesome; even had a full Fresco grocery store right across the street. This hotel was beyond what I hoped for! Highly recommend. “
