“The hotel was very accessible and walking distance to the train station and convenience store and there’s a nearby park. We enjoyed our first trip in Sapporo and experienced the Snow Festival. Cons: We were placed in a smoking room (We don’t smoke) which was my fault but eventually the airscent spray helped in flushing out the smokey smell. “
“The staff was very helpful. We arrived early and they agreed to store our baggage before check in. Exactly smelly, but it had kind of an old and worn type of atmosphere, but there’s an air purifier in the room so you can just switch it on. The toilet in shower was separate, which was good, but the toilet’s water pressure was very bad. But if you don’t use the washlet, i think it won’t be a problem.”
