“I love how the location is super close to Hakata Station and the malls around it. Since the place was quite close to train railroads, you can hear the train noise at night up to 12am but we didn’t really mind it, we were able to sleep well. I also liked how the place was close to a Lawson, Family Mart and 7-Eleven. You won’t have any problems getting meals. The rooms were quite small, I think the rooms will suit friends vacation rather than family vacation, but then again, that’s our preference and the rooms were quite okay. 😊😊”

“Good side of it:The host can communicate well in english.Very near to hakata station, walking distance like 5 mins from train/bus terminal. Nearby has family mart, lawson and a comestic shop that open until 11pm. if you are light sleeper you have to think twice as the train station just across the road, you can hear them in the morning at 5am until 12 midnight. We are 6 of us. 401 is 2 bunk bed, 402 is 2 sofa beds. Glad that we got 2 baths!
Negative side of it: The cleanliness is quite terrible. The carpet smell (smell like smelly shoes) and wet eventhough after check in time (they have clean it). The toilet has stain on the door and at the toilet bowl side. The futon and blanket that put on top of the sofa bed (very thoughtful) but has blood stain/water stain. We cant even open our luggage with the size of the property. We have to open our luggage at the corridor (outside the room) haha!

Overall: You get what you pay. Love the good location. “
