“very very nice staff”
“I arrived late Monday night due to flight delays but the staff member on reception was an absolute gentleman, after a long day of travelling it’s welcome to myself and my son was so refreshing. He was also very helpful as we checked out very early on Thursday morning. He gave us advice on the best places to see in Dusseldorf and things to do in Koln when we were visiting there on Wednesday, he was also very helpful on places to gets stuff and where is good places to eat if we were out. The other staff were also very helpful during the day. The rooms were very clean and tidy on arrival and the housekeeping also done a great job of cleaning them during our stay. Would definitely go back to stay in this hotel again. “
“The hotel is close to HBF and Lidl. You can walk to Koingsalee by walking. I even managed to get to Alstadt and Reihn Promenade by walking. The AC was good and working. The blankets were not very clean and were yellow. “

“When I wanted to take shower in the evening, around 7pm, only hot water available, then I called the reception, she said NO ONE would come to fix the issue until 8am next day.
Then next morning I checked, only cold water available. I called the reception around 8, and wait around 9:30, nobody comes, then I called again, finally the issue got fixed. That’s unbelievable nobody could fix the problem in the evening.
And my friend booked another room ( Full paid already), but got personal issue so need to arrive in the next day of the booking. I asked the reception then the staff said no problem, the room would kept and just check in anytime when my friend arrive. But when my friend arrived in next day 10am, the staff said the room got transferred to others and need to wait. That’s totally unacceptable as the room was booked by my friend and even I helped to ask for the next day check in problem.
